Directions from Riviera Bay to Football Grounds - Brixham

DIRECTIONS TO BRIXHAM COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Turn RIGHT out of the holiday park, then turn LEFT into Rea Barn Road

Turn RIGHT into Higher Ranscombe Road

Go past the swimming pool, then the Community College is approximately 50 yards down on the LEFT.

DIRECTIONS TO STOKE GABRIEL FC

Turn right out of the Park into Mudstone Lane, and follow road to the junction.
Turn left then follow road to the end, then turn left by the Rugby Club.
Go straight across the traffic lights at bottom of hill, into Burton Street.
At mini roundabout, Turn right into Monksbridge road, & signed Paignton.
At the traffic lights, turn left onto the ring road A3022 then:

Take the A3022 towards Paignton, and keep following this road.

After several miles, the road splits into two branches.

Take the LEFT hand branch, which is still the A3022 towards Paignton.

Continue until you reach a large set of traffic lights, signposted Paignton Zoo on right. Turn LEFT here into Totnes Road.

Go up a small incline and take the second road on the LEFT - Stoke Road (Collaton Carvery Pub is on the corner).

Follow this road for approximately 2 miles - The football club is signposted on this road, shortly after passing Runnymede Caravan Park.

Turn RIGHT into Broadley Lane - a single track road - the football club is approximately 500 yards along Broadley Lane.
