Directions from Riviera Bay to Pitches

DIRECTIONS TO STOKE GABRIEL FC - TQ9 6RR

Turn right out of the Park into Mudstone Lane, and follow road to the junction.
Turn left into Rea Barn Road, then follow the road past the Rugby Club on the right, and to the end of the road.
Turn right into Bolton Road and follow the road to the junction, then turn left onto the A3022 New Road.

Take the A3022 towards Paignton, and keep following this road.

After several miles, the road splits into two branches.

Take the LEFT hand branch, which is still the A3022 towards Paignton.

Continue until you reach a large set of traffic lights, signposted Paignton Zoo on right. Turn LEFT here into Totnes Road.

Go up a small incline and take the second road on the LEFT - Stoke Road (Collaton Carvery Pub is on the corner).

Follow this road for approximately 2 miles then:

For Pitch 1 and Mini Pitches - Broadley Lane, Stoke Gabriel TQ9 6RR

The football club is on the right, signposted, shortly after passing Runnymede Caravan Park. Turn RIGHT into Broadley Lane - a single track road - the football club is approximately 500 yards along Broadley Lane.

For Pitch 2 - Paignton Road, Stoke Gabriel, TQ9 6RR

Pitch 2 is as above but is just before you get to Broadley Lane, on the left.

Brixham Community College, Higher Ranscombe Road, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 9HF

Turn right out of the Holiday Park.
Turn left at Rea Barn Road
Turn 2nd right in Higher Ranscombe Road
Brixham Community College is on the left.

For Clennon Valley Grounds - TQ4 6NX

Turn right out of the Park into Mudstone Lane, and follow road to the junction.
Turn left into Rea Barn Road, then follow the road past the Rugby Club on the right, and to the end of the road.
Turn right into Bolton Road and follow the road to the junction, then turn left onto the A3022 New Road.

Take the A3022 towards Paignton, and keep following this road.

After around 2.5 miles, the road splits into two branches.

Take the right hand branch into the B3199 Dartmouth Road.

After around 1.5 miles the Clennon Valley pitches are on the left.

Turn left at the traffic lights into Penhill Road and the car park of Clennon Valley is first on the left.
