tournament - new accommodation venue!
For
2008 we are proud to announce we have moved our Wales International
Tournament to the fantastic Haven Holidays site at Prestatyn.
Visit the Dunes Bar - its bigger, better and brighter than ever
before or experience family fun at the onsite Arcade and Burger
King. For your families entertainment there are cabaret acts,
comedians, magicians and karaoke.
Choose from three pools and three family entertainment venues
and uncover a fun-loving holiday atmosphere that is in full swing
every day.
Accommodation
Presthaven
Sands is owned by Haven British Holidays, one of the largest holiday
park companies in the UK. They pride themselves on the quality
of their prestige caravan accommodation, beautifully cared for,
spotlessly clean and carefully positioned to provide plenty of
privacy, while maintaining the family atmosphere that makes this
kind of holiday special.
Whilst the layout and specification of various caravans at Presthaven
will vary from one to another, you can be assured that they all
include
Fully
Fitted Kitchens including fridge, cooker, toaster and electric
kettle.
Comfortable lounge with Colour television.
Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet
Gas and electricity included.
Bed linen is also provided but you will have to bring your own
towels and tea towels.
Tournament Information
The Wales Challenge Cup proved to be
a big success in 2007 - the tournament was fully booked with a
record number of teams entered. The tournament attracted teams
from England, Rep of ireland, Scotland and of course Wales.
The football is played on quality pitches at Holywell High School
with 4 fullsize and 4 mini pitches all on one site. The venue
has changing rooms, showers and toilets, and is approximately
7 miles from the holiday park.
