Listed below are a selection of tournaments
in the Limburg region.Friendly fixtures can also be arranged during
all travel periods.Tournaments are generally one day events, although
some may be played over two days. Tournament Date: Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd March 2008 (Easter weekend) Age Groups: Boys and Girls all ages (U9’s-U19’s) Tournament Registration Fees: 2008 special offer- Free tournament registration for one team!! Grounds: The football is played on 50 excellent grass pitches at ten different local football clubs in the Limburg area in the south of Holland. Recommended for :Teams staying at Molenheide, Landel Green Parks; Het
Vennebos, Lommerbergen, Hoog Vaals, Stroombroek, Heideheuveld, Miggelenberg,
Valkenburg and Centre Parcs Het Heijderbos. Tournament Date: 24th & 25th May (Spring Bank holiday weekend) Age Groups: U9’s to U14’s Tournament Registration: 2008 special offer- Free tournament registration for one team!! Grounds: The football is played at the acclaimed Sports Park Laarderveld. The venue has excellent pitches and clubhouse. The venue is located in the municipality of Weert, 30 Km in the South-East of Eindhoven. The
Holland Easter Open is a two-day international youth football tournament,
for boys and girls. It has established itself as one of the largest
tournaments in Holland and in the last couple of years the event has
attracted teams from all over Europe including Belgium, Germany, Ireland,
Wales, Scotland, Sweden, Denmark, USA, Austria, Hungary,Russia, Italy,
Spain and of course the Netherlands”. 
In
2007 the SV Laar International football tournament attracted an array
of teams from the UK, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The tournament
has an eviable reputation for being an extremely well organised and
friendly event which places added emphasis on fair play and enjoyment.
This is seen in it’s prestigious “Thieu Timmermans Fair
Play Cup” which is presented to the team displaying the best sporting
manner.
