Information Pack - On receipt of your booking, we will forward an information pack providing full and extensive details of every aspect of your holiday and the tournament. This pack should answer any questions you or your party members may have, as well as providing some useful guidance on how to organise a successful tour.

Important information regarding accommodation at our UK tournaments

Transport - The brochure prices for our UK tours DO NOT include transport. This applies to ALL journies to and from the tournament venues and the holiday parks. It is therefore the responsibility of the group to organise adequate transport both to and from the resort, and throughout the tournament. Please note that no matches are played at the holiday parks, and whilst in some cases the pitches used are relatively close by, this is not always the case, and could change at short notice. We therefore recommend that transport be available to your club at all times.

Website Information - Participating teams, schedules, and all information regarding managers meetings, presentation times, and celebrities will be displayed on our website 7 - 14 days prior to departure. This enables all of the managers, players, and parents to view and print the relevant information. All photographs taken at the tournament can be viewed on our website www.footballtournaments.com 14 days after the tournament has finished.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Damage Deposit - We require you to complete a damage deposit waiver form, which you will find in your information pack, nominating a credit card to cover a deposit of £250.00* against damage caused by any member of your party, during your tour. You will be notified within 21 days of your return from the tour, if there is damage caused.

*£500.00 for Under 15 teams.

Tournament Registration Fees UK - The following registrations fees are payable PER TEAM.
11 a side - U11 to U14 - £185.00
11 a side U15s - £195.00
7 a side - £135.00.
6 a side - £125.00

Metering of gas and electricity - Some holiday parks featured in this brochure have units fitted with meters in respect of the use of gas and/or electricity. R & T Tours are not responsible for any charges levied as a result. Details of parks using metering can be obtained from our office.

Bed Linen and Towels - Bed linen is provided at ALL the UK resorts featured. However, towels, and tea towels are not, so you will need to bring your own.

Child Protection - R & T Tours follow FA guidelines on child protection. All tournament directors and tournament personnal are vetted. All participating clubs should have Child Protection policies in place, and all members of the party should be checked.

School and Public Holidays - Dates for 2009 - The dates of school holidays do vary from area to area and we would therefore strongly recommend that you check with your local education authority before booking your holiday.

TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS 2010

Under Occupancy Supplements - The brochure prices quoted for each of the UK tournament venues are based on 4 or 6 berth occupancy, and a minimum of 7 persons occupying an 8 berth unit. The following scale of additional charges therefore apply where a unit is under occupied for whatever reason.

For example - 3 persons sharing a four bed unit would pay a supplement of £20.00 each making £60.00 payable for the unit. There is no supplement due for 5 persons in a six bedded unit.

Please note: The maximum amount of bedrooms in any unit is 3 separate bedrooms, plus bed(s) in lounge.
