Firstly, thank you so much for your unflinching support during these trying times. We have been overwhelmed by the amazing supportive responses we have received, especially at a time when each and everyone is suffering hardship.
Quite understandably, many of you are contacting us keen to know the next steps. Please be assured that we are taking on board the comments received, and we know of course that with bills to pay and many people in financial crisis, our customers are looking for answers.
We are working our hardest to do the best we can to help our customers, and to keep our family company in operation. Unfortunately, it is not as simple as just returning funds. At this stage, we do not have the monies returned to us that we paid out in anticipation of the football tournaments, plus of course we now have a whole season’s operation costs with no income forthcoming on the horizon this year. We are speaking with our holiday parks and other suppliers - of which there are a great deal - and it is a complicated process which we need time to complete.
We are therefore unable at the moment to give definite answers to what is happening regarding this unprecedented situation, but please be assured that we are working as swiftly as we can to bring things to a satisfactory conclusion.
We are now working from home so it is a slower process than when we have our team all together but if we can ask for you to continue to be patient, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
